Ostrich products are all made of either high quality powder coated steel or aluminum frames. The frame material is listed on each product. Stainless steel hardware is used in all of our products.

Always open the legs first, fully and securely, before adjusting the backrest.Incorrect opening can damage the hinge or frame.

Yes. Use warm water, mild detergent, and a soft cloth. Make sure to dry the frame thoroughly after cleaning. Routine cleaning keeps the fabric in great condition.

Yes. Since the hinges don’t lock inward, this can happen when the fabric is new and tight. It should improve after a few uses.

• Do not force the hinges. 
• Ensure the legs are opened first, before the top and bottom of the chaise. 
• Ensure the legs are fully opened before adjusting.
• If it still won’t move, contact customer service for replacement hinges or a warranty claim.

They differ in fabric type and accessories.  The Original 3N1 has a breathable mesh fabric and the Deluxe 3N1 is a polyester fabric.

Yes. The Backpack 3N1 and Woody models include backpack straps.

No, chairs designed to be carried with 1 shoulder strap cannot support a second strap.

• Make sure the chair is on level ground
• The leg rest is fully pushed inward to lock into a preset position
• If the leg rest hinge isn’t sliding freely in and out between positions you may need to slightly loosen the screw/nut in the middle of the hinge.
